Regis\u00adtra\u00adtion<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9f9af71 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9f9af71\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Regis\u00adtra\u00adtion on the Site is open to any indi\u00advi\u00addual or legal enti\u00adty of legal age and with full legal capa\u00adci\u00adty.<br>The use of the Site is sub\u00adject to the Cus\u00adto\u00admer\u2019s regis\u00adtra\u00adtion.<br>To regis\u00adter, the Cus\u00adto\u00admer must fill in all the man\u00adda\u00adto\u00adry fields&nbsp;; other\u00adwise the regis\u00adtra\u00adtion will not be vali\u00adda\u00adted.<br>The Cus\u00adto\u00admer gua\u00adran\u00adtees and declares on their honour that all the infor\u00adma\u00adtion com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adted on the Site, in par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar at the time of their regis\u00adtra\u00adtion, is accu\u00adrate, sin\u00adcere and true.  <br>All regis\u00adte\u00adred cus\u00adto\u00admers have a login and pass\u00adword. The lat\u00adter are strict\u00adly per\u00adso\u00adnal and confi\u00adden\u00adtial and may not be com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adted to third par\u00adties under penal\u00adty of dele\u00adtion of the account of the offen\u00adding Regis\u00adte\u00adred User. Each regis\u00adte\u00adred cus\u00adto\u00admer is per\u00adso\u00adnal\u00adly res\u00adpon\u00adsible for main\u00adtai\u00adning the confi\u00adden\u00adtia\u00adli\u00adty of his\/\u200bher login and pass\u00adword. Under no cir\u00adcum\u00adstances will the Com\u00adpa\u00adny be held res\u00adpon\u00adsible for the usur\u00adpa\u00adtion of a Cus\u00adto\u00admer\u2019s iden\u00adti\u00adty. If a Cus\u00adto\u00admer sus\u00adpects fraud at any time, he\/\u200bshe must contact the Com\u00adpa\u00adny as soon as pos\u00adsible, so that the lat\u00adter can take the neces\u00adsa\u00adry mea\u00adsures and regu\u00adla\u00adrize the situa\u00adtion.<br>Each Cus\u00adto\u00admer, whe\u00adther a legal enti\u00adty or an indi\u00advi\u00addual, may only hold one account on the Site.<br>In the event of non-com\u00adpliance with the GCS\/\u200bGU, in par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar the crea\u00adtion of seve\u00adral accounts for a single per\u00adson or the pro\u00advi\u00adsion of false infor\u00adma\u00adtion, the Com\u00adpa\u00adny reserves the right to tem\u00adpo\u00adra\u00adri\u00adly or per\u00adma\u00adnent\u00adly delete all accounts crea\u00adted by the offen\u00adding Cus\u00adto\u00admer.<br>Dele\u00adtion of the account entails the per\u00adma\u00adnent loss of all bene\u00adfits and ser\u00advices acqui\u00adred on the Site. Howe\u00adver, any Orders pla\u00adced and invoi\u00adced by the Site prior to account dele\u00adtion will be pro\u00adces\u00adsed under nor\u00admal condi\u00adtions.<br>In the event of dele\u00adtion of an account by the Com\u00adpa\u00adny for breach of the duties and obli\u00adga\u00adtions set out in the GTC\/\u200bGTC, the offen\u00adding Cus\u00adto\u00admer is for\u00admal\u00adly pro\u00adhi\u00adbi\u00adted from re-regis\u00adte\u00adring on the Site direct\u00adly, via ano\u00adther e\u2011mail address or through an inter\u00adme\u00addia\u00adry without the express autho\u00adri\u00adza\u00adtion of the Company.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-529a3f7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"529a3f7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>5. Controls<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6b67bd3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6b67bd3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tTo place an order, the Cus\u00adto\u00admer adds the Pro\u00adduct to his vir\u00adtual bas\u00adket. He then accesses the sum\u00adma\u00adry of his vir\u00adtual bas\u00adket in order to confirm the Pro\u00adduct he wishes to order and com\u00adplete his Order by pres\u00adsing the \u00ab&nbsp;Confirm Order&nbsp;\u00bb but\u00adton.\nThe Cus\u00adto\u00admer regis\u00adters fol\u00adlo\u00adwing the pro\u00adce\u00addure des\u00adcri\u00adbed above, and under\u00adtakes to cor\u00adrect\u00adly enter his\/\u200bher sur\u00adname, first name, e\u2011mail address, first name and e\u2011mail address of his\/\u200bher part\u00adner, as well as a valid method of pay\u00adment in order to fina\u00adlize the Order. Com\u00adple\u00adtion of the Order implies accep\u00adtance of the prices of the Pro\u00adduct sold, as well as the terms and condi\u00adtions.\nOnce the Order has been pla\u00adced, the Com\u00adpa\u00adny will confirm the Order and its pay\u00adment by sen\u00adding a confir\u00adma\u00adtion e\u2011mail. This confir\u00adma\u00adtion will recall the details of the Order as well as rele\u00advant connec\u00adtion infor\u00adma\u00adtion. Pro\u00adducts and prices<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4495891 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4495891\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Pro\u00adducts cove\u00adred by the GCS\/\u200bUGS are those which appear on the Site and which are sold and ship\u00adped direct\u00adly by the Com\u00adpa\u00adny.\nThe Pro\u00adducts are des\u00adcri\u00adbed on the cor\u00adres\u00adpon\u00adding page of the Site and all their essen\u00adtial cha\u00adrac\u00adte\u00adris\u00adtics are men\u00adtio\u00adned. Sales are sub\u00adject to avai\u00adla\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty. The lat\u00adter can\u00adnot be held res\u00adpon\u00adsible for stock shor\u00adtages or the impos\u00adsi\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty of sel\u00adling a Pro\u00adduct that is not in stock.\nWhen a regis\u00adte\u00adred User wishes to pur\u00adchase a Pro\u00adduct sold by the Com\u00adpa\u00adny through the Site, the price indi\u00adca\u00adted on the Pro\u00adduct page cor\u00adres\u00adponds to the price in euros, all taxes inclu\u00added (VAT), exclu\u00adding ship\u00adping costs and taking into account appli\u00adcable dis\u00adcounts in force on the day of the Order. The VAT inclu\u00added is the French VAT appli\u00adcable on the day of the Order. If the VAT rate is modi\u00adfied, these changes may be reflec\u00adted in the price of the items without the Cus\u00adto\u00admer being infor\u00admed in advance. Pay\u00adment by cre\u00addit card is vali\u00adda\u00adted imme\u00addia\u00adte\u00adly.\nTo be regis\u00adte\u00adred, the order must be paid in full. If this per\u00adiod expires on a Satur\u00adday, Sun\u00adday or public holi\u00adday, it is exten\u00added until the next wor\u00adking day.
